He has a business background with a BS in Finance from UNC-Wilmington. He holds the GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and has participated in over 1500 transactions over the years.

His expertise in accurate pricing and negotiating ensures his clients receive the maximum benefit in every real estate transaction. He enjoys living and working in the community in which he grew up and has established many relationships over the years with clients and other realtors.

Carl enjoys being outdoors and giving back to his community. He is a current board member and president of the Tar River Land Conservancy, a non profit organization that seeks to preserve and protect rural landscapes and watersheds in our area. He is also a past director of the Kerr Lake Board of Realtors and a current member of the Durham Board of Realtors. He and his wife Jill have two grown daughters.

As a former teacher, Jill enjoys helping buyers and sellers understand and manage each step of the real estate process. She is our transaction coordinator and specializes in helping sellers get their homes ready for the market.

Jill enjoys being involved in her local community and currently serves as a member on the Granville Education Foundation Board of Directors and is also a member of the Durham Board of Realtors.

Neil is a recent graduate of NC State University with a BS degree in Agriculture Business Management. Being a native of Oxford, Neil is invested in our community and enjoys working with clients new to the area. With his knowledge of Granville county and the surrounding areas as well as his experience in home maintenance and construction, he is ready to guide you through the home buying and selling process. Neil is also a member of the Durham Board of Realtors.
